After sending out a document request, you can check for document uploads on the client portal, or within the deal. If necessary, you can re-send the document request from the FinanceVault page or add requests.

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1 — Locate a Deal Card
- Go to the side menu and click Boards > Leads (or Deals).
- Scroll through the list to locate a card (or enter a name in the search field).
- Double-click on the applicant's name to open the card in full view mode.
Step 2 — Within the Deal Card
The top left corner of every deal card has a FinanceVault overview section. You can see a link to the Online Fact Find and document status. If a customer uploads documents that have not been actioned, the bell icon displays an alert.

Step 3 — Within FinanceVault
The status of your document request can be quickly reviewed within the dedicated panel. The example below shows all requests have a Pending status.

After you review and approve the attached documents, the page displays the changed status, as shown below.

BrokerEngine updates the Deal card, too.
