If someone on your team has previously sent a document request to the primary applicant on a card, then a co-applicant is added, you might need to send the same documents to the new co-applicant.
Before you start this process, ensure you have added all additional applicants to the lead or deal.

Within the lead or deal click on FinanceVault. The FinanceVault Portal displays.

Check whether the primary applicant has uploaded any documents.

If they haven't, consider instead deleting the document request and sending the document stack again – BrokerEngine will automatically send the documents to all applicants.
If the primary applicant has already uploaded documents, do not delete the request. Instead: -
Click on the name of first document in the DOCUMENT REQUEST pane. The left hand slider opens.

Click the pen icon next to the document title.

Click the Shared With field. List of all Applicant and Third Party options assigned to the deal appears in the drop down.

Select the people you would like to share the request with.
- Repeat for each document category request you would like the additional applicants to have access to.
