This feature lets the broker team manage document request visibility on the client portal. Here's one scenario: A client completes a document request, and the broker team changes the document request status to Approved. To prevent accidental changes on the client side and preserve document integrity, you can remove client access to the approved document.

Open the client portal and locate an approved document request.

Click the file name. A side panel displays.

On the side panel, click the request template name. A popup displays
You can use this feature to hide documents with any status. Hiding Approved documents is the most practical use case.
In the popup, go to the Shared With field and click the X icon. BrokerEngine removes the client's. Click Save Changes.

Admin view
In the Document Request pane, BrokerEngine adds an eyes closed icon to the file. This icon indicates the file is visible on the admin side and not visible on the client side.

Client side
BrokerEngine hides the document request.
