For the Credit Guide and Privacy Consent feature to work, you must first connect all your users with Suite360 and FLEX in the integration settings.

If you haven't set up your FLEX integration yet, click here for instructions.
Unlike our other integrations, where it's only important for the deal broker to have the integration connected, this feature requires both the user who is actioning the request and the user who is the broker to have the Suite360 and FLEX integration connected. To be safe, it's best to ensure all your users are connected to these integrations.
Connecting the Suite360 Integration
1. Click on your account icon in the bottom left of any screen
2. Select Settings
3. Click Integrations
4. Select the Suite360 Icon to expand the section
5. Click Connect. A modal pops up.
6. Enter your Suite360 credentials.

If successful, you should see the Account Connected notification. From here, you can download a blank Credit Guide and Privacy Consent if you meet clients in person.
