You can sync products to an opportunity in FLEX. Learn how to push products from your BrokerEngine account to your AFG FLEX platform.

Note: You can only sync products that BrokerEngine tracks by default and are available in FLEX.
Prerequisites
Enable FLEX integration with BrokerEngine
Create a product scenario and link it to the lead or deal card
Step 1 — Sync Products From a Deal
Create or open the lead or deal card. Go to the left hand sidebar, expand Strategy, and select a funding position. Confirm you have added products to your loan splits.
Click the Sync button. Click FLEX. A popup displays.
BrokerEngine lists the information it will send, including product scenario items. Expand Products to review:
CONSIDERED — Shortlisted but not highlighted in the product scenario.
SELECTED — Highlighted in the product scenario and added to the funding position.

Review products under Funding Position and any that can't be pushed to FLEX.

Note: BrokerEngine can only push system products to FLEX once.
Click Go to Sync and Sync Now. BrokerEngine displays the FLEX sync results and the FLEX ID for the new opportunity.

Step 2 — Sync Products From a Fact Find
Click the FLEX icon after completing the Fact Find. Expand FLEX Product Data to review products.

The page displays considered and selected products from your product scenario, plus products added to the funding position.

Optionally, stop individual products from syncing by selecting Don't Sync in the Sync column. Click Sync with FLEX when ready.

Step 3 — Which Product Details Get Pushed to FLEX
The following product details are pushed:
Product name
LMI Split amount
Discount
Interest rates
If entered into the deal, these additional fields also push through when syncing your Fact Find:
Loan Amount
Loan Term
Loan Category
Requirements and Objectives
