Follow these steps to troubleshoot Mercury sync issues:
Step 1 — Check Mercury Integration Credentials
Go to Profile Settings > Integration > Connective. Ensure you have correctly entered:
CA Number
API Key
API Token
You can get the API Key and Token from your Mercury CRM. Go to Admin > Integration.


Step 2 — Check API Token Expiry Date
If the credentials are entered correctly and deals are still not syncing, check the expiry date of your API token. The expiry date is on the Mercury Admin > Integration page.

If the API Token has expired, click the Reset Token button beneath the Expires on field. Then input the refreshed API Key and Token into the integration section within BrokerEngine.
