MPORTANT NOTE: This only happens one way i.e., the status of the opportunity in Mercury will not change if you update the stage of the deal in BrokerEngine.
Step 1: Set up Mercury - BrokerEngine Stage Mapping
Go to Profile Settings>Integrations>Connective Mercury in BrokerEngine
Referencing your default Mercury statuses, set up the corresponding BrokerEngine stages
Check the box to automatically update Lead/Deal stages based on status changes in Mercury.
Note: Ensure Mercury status names are correct as they are case-sensitive.
Click on SAVE
Step 2: Update the status of the opportunity in Mercury
Go to any opportunity that is linked to BrokerEngine
Change the current status of the opportunity you wish to update
Step 3: BrokerEngine Stage should automatically update
Go to the relevant deal in BrokerEngine and notice that stage has also been updated.
Note: Any workflow that is linked to a particular BrokerEngine stage will automatically trigger.
