Step 1 — Set Up Stage Mapping
Go to Profile Settings > Integrations > Connective Mercury in BrokerEngine. Referencing your default Mercury statuses, set up the corresponding BrokerEngine stages.
Check the box to automatically update Lead/Deal stages based on status changes in Mercury.
Warning: Ensure Mercury status names are correct as they are case-sensitive.
Click SAVE.
Step 2 — Update the Status in Mercury
Go to any opportunity that is linked to BrokerEngine. Change the current status of the opportunity you wish to update.
Step 3 — Verify Stage Updated in BrokerEngine
Go to the relevant deal in BrokerEngine and notice that the stage has also been updated.
Note: Any workflow linked to a particular BrokerEngine stage will automatically trigger when the stage updates.
