Step-by-Step Guide
Follow these steps to unlink and relink a deal in Mercury:
Step 1 — Unlink the Deal
To unlink an existing deal from an existing opportunity in Mercury, click on the Mercury icon within the deal in BrokerEngine. Click the Unlink button.
Step 2 — Confirm the Unlink
A new event is logged indicating that the deal was successfully unlinked from Connective.
Step 3 — Relink the Deal
To link a deal back to an existing opportunity, click the Mercury icon within the deal and click the Link button.
