Step 1: Ensure that the Automatic create new record checkbox is unticked.
Go to Profile Settings>Integrations>Connective
Untick the checkbox and SAVE
Step 2: Whenever a new deal is created in BrokerEngine, click on the Mercury Icon located at the top right of the deal.
Step 3: Look up existing contact in Mercury.
Click on Create New Opportunity
Click on Edit Pen Icon to lookup existing contact in Mercury
Search Mercury Contact by email, first name, or last name.
Select the contact you wish to link.
Step 4: Click Use Primary Applicant From Deal if there's no contact record found in Mercury
Step 5: Click the Create button once contact is selected. If you're using an existing contact from mercury the heading to the right of the applicant name will update to reflect this.
Opportunity Details will be displayed.
