This article is only applicable for Fact Find Classic users. There are no templates to select for the Latest Fact Find.
1. Open any lead or deal
2. Click to open the FinanceVault Client Portal
3. On the Document Stack Templates search for Fact Find.
4. Click Online Fact Find to open the document category template
5. Click the Pen Icon next to the Request Type dropdown
6. Click Use Template on the template you would like to select
