Disconnect the FLEX Sync

Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these steps to disconnect a lead or deal from FLEX:

Step 1 — Open the Lead or Deal

Open the lead or deal you want to disconnect from FLEX.

Step 2 — Click the Sync Button

Click the Sync button in the top right hand corner of your screen. Click FLEX. A popup displays.

 

 

Step 3 — Disconnect From FLEX

Click Disconnect From Flex. BrokerEngine will ask you to confirm.

 

 

Step 4 — Confirm Disconnection

Click Disconnect to confirm.
