Sync a Lead or Deal to FLEX – BrokerEngine

To avoid handling data more than once, enter all your lead or deal information into BrokerEngine. Then, sync key information to FLEX.

What happens in FLEX after syncing

Sync the deal only (no fact find) to a new opportunity in FLEX

Prerequisites

To sync a lead or deal to FLEX from BrokerEngine, first integrate FLEX with BrokerEngine.
To link to an existing contact in FLEX, link an applicant to the FLEX contact before copying the data.

Data that you can copy to FLEX

The minimum data that you must have in a deal before you can copy to FLEX is:

Full name of the client.
Email address.

What happens in FLEX after syncing

When you sync a lead or deal to FLEX, BrokerEngine creates a new opportunity in FLEX. If an applicant is linked to a FLEX contact, BrokerEngine links the new opportunity to that contact as well.

Sync the deal only (no fact find) to a new opportunity in FLEX

Important: Do not follow this process if you have a fact find collected against the deal, instead Sync Via the Fact Find to sync these details across.

Open the BrokerEngine lead or deal you want to sync. Confirm you have added all the information you want to send to FLEX.

1. Click the Sync button in the top right hand corner of your screen.
2. Click FLEX. A popup displays.

3. BrokerEngine asks if you want to create an opportunity in FLEX or link to an existing opportunity or application. Click New FLEX Opportunity. BrokerEngine displays an overview of the information that it will push to FLEX

Important:

If there is a Fact Find assigned to the lead or deal the an additional modal will appear to direct to sync from the fact find:
Click Review and Sync Fact Find to ensure the data from the fact find is included in the sync
