Use the Duplicate Card function to clone a lead or deal card. You'll save time by copying over details and then updating fields that need changing. This is particularly useful for when you are processing and Purchase and Refi for a client.

Opening a card
In this example, we work with a lead card. Follow the same steps to copy a deal card.
Go to the left-hand menu and select Boards > Leads.
Scan the stages and select a lead. Optionally, enter a name in the search bar to find the lead you want to duplicate.
Double-click the name on the card. The card opens in full view mode.
Duplicating a card
Go to the top right corner of the page and click the three-dot icon. On the drop-down, select Duplicate Card. A popup displays.
Review and update the information for the new card.
Change the text in the New Lead Name field.
Check one or more boxes to transfer information from the original card to the cloned card. (optional)
Confirm and update the Move to Board and Stage details.
Click Duplicate to create the card.
The new card opens in full view mode. Edit fields as required.
For future reference, click the paperclip icon in the top right corner of the page to see a link to the original card and any other cards that exist for this contact.
