Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1 — Locate Brand Settings
- Log in to your BrokerEngine account.
- Go to the bottom left corner of the dashboard and click on your initials.

On the Personal Details page, expand the Brands section. The page shows your current branding information (e.g. email, address, logo, etc.).

Step 2 — Add a Broker Brand
To create a new broker brand:
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Brands section.
- Click the Add New button.
- Fill in the fields.
- Click Save.

BrokerEngine adds the broker brand to the Brands section. This is a secondary brand. The first brand you created is the default.
Step 3 — Change the Default Brand
To change a secondary brand into the primary (or default) brand, click the Make default button.

Step 4 — Apply a Brand on Lead or Deal Creation
BrokerEngine automatically applies the default broker brand when you create a new lead or deal. To apply the secondary broker brand to a new lead or deal:
- Create a new lead or deal.
- When creating the applicant, select the All Fields tab.
- Click Additional Details.
- Select the appropriate brand from the Broker Brand dropdown.
- Click Add Applicant.
Note: If you skip this process the broker's default brand will be automatically applied.
Step 5 — Change the Brand on an Existing Lead or Deal
If the wrong branding information is pulling through to your reports, you'll just need to change the brand applied to the Primary Applicant on the deal.
- Open the lead or deal you would like to change the brand on.
- Expand the Fact Find section.
- Select Applicants.
- Scroll down to Additional Details.
- Select the appropriate brand from the Broker Brand dropdown.
- Click Save.
