BrokerEngine offers multiple ways to search for a lead or deal card. You can use the global search to look for cards on any board. To locate cards on the open board, use the search field or filter to display cards with specific attributes.

Step-by-Step Guide

 

Step 1 — Using text search

Open a board (e.g. Leads or Deals) and go to the search box at the top of the page. Enter part of the name of an applicant or the card owner. BrokerEngine auto-suggests cards with matching text.
 

Step 2 — Using a filter

Open a board (e.g. Leads or Deals) and click the filter icon at the top of the page. A menu displays. Check the box next to a filter type. A popup displays.
 

Select one or more options and click the X icon to close the popup. Repeat the steps to add more filters.

BrokerEngine hides cards that do not match the filter(s). The number on the filter icon shows the number of active filters. To remove the filter(s), click the icon and uncheck the boxes.
