Marking a task as done

Open the Tasks page.

Locate a task and click the three-dot icon.

Select Mark as Done.
Alternatively:

Click the task name. A side panel displays.

Click Complete at the top of the page.
Marking multiple tasks as done

Open the tasks page.

Check the box next to the name of each task that you want to update.

Click Complete at the top of the page.
Snoozing a task
To postpone a task's due date:

Click the task on the Tasks page. The side panel displays.

Click the clock icon.

Select a default option, or click Pick date and time to set a custom date and time.

Click Save.
Unsnoozing
To unsnooze a task and return to the original due date, click the blue clock icon.
Adding a note to a task

Click the task on the Tasks page. The side panel displays.

Scroll down to the bottom of the panel and click the field with the preset text Write a note. The Note window displays.

Type a message into the note field or optionally select a template (see below).

Click Create Note.
Using a note template
Use a template to save time by loading the field with pre-built text. Optionally, you can create a new template.
To use an existing template, click the Use Note Template field and select an option. Or, click Add Note Template to create a new one. Optionally, upload a document and select a person to notify. Click Save. On the side panel, click Create Note.
Viewing notifications
If you add one or more users to the Notify field, BrokerEngine sends each user an email notification.
