Opening a blank note template
- Within any lead or deal card click on Notes on the right hand Toolbox
- Click the + icon. The New Note panel displays
Click the Use a Note Template field
Select Add Note Template from the dropdown
Creating a note template
Enter a template name and description. Optionally, upload a document and select a person to notify. Click Save. On the side panel, click Create Note.
Viewing notifications
If you add a user to the Notify field, BrokerEngine sends the person an email notification.

Whether the Notify field is selected or not, the note will always appear in both the activity feed within DealDash on the lead or deal and in the Notes section on the right hand Toolbox:
