There are multiple ways to extract data from BrokerEngine to support CRM integrations, reporting, analytics, and marketing activities. The right option will depend on your volume, technical capability, and whether you require one-off exports or automated data flows.

Export records from Metrics
Exports from the Metrics area are currently limited and not intended for full dataset extraction. If you require reporting-grade data, consider one of the alternative options below.
Option 2: Trigger data via Zapier (per record)
Description
Zapier is a third-party automation platform that connects BrokerEngine to other SaaS applications using pre-built triggers and actions, without requiring custom code.
Zaps can be configured to send data when an event occurs (for example, when a deal changes stage, the record is sent to Google Sheets or a CRM).
Notes
- Data is sent once per trigger (not bulk).
- A full field list will be published shortly.

Enterprise options
Option 4: Automated SFTP data feed (bulk)
Description
Enterprise organisations can receive a scheduled SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) feed, typically delivered overnight on a daily basis.
Data is provided as raw CSV files and is intended for organisations with the technical capability to ingest, map, and transform the data internally.
Notes
- Data extracts originate from Flex.
- Data mappings are provided to support joining and interpreting the extracts.
- Currently available to strategic groups only.
- Broader availability is under review and would require an initial setup fee plus an ongoing annual fee.
