Step 1 — Send a Standalone Email

Follow these steps to send an email from a board card (e.g. a deal or lead).

  1. Open the lead or deal you would like to send the email from.
  2. On the right-hand tool box, select Emails.
  3. Click the + icon to create a new email.

Click the From field and select an option.

  1. Repeat for the To field.
  2. Add a subject line.
  3. Type or paste in the message body. Optionally, use the toolbar to format and style the text or add content (e.g. images).
  4. Attach a file to the message. (optional)
  5. Click Send.

Note: Optionally, use an email template. Click the Use Email Template field and select an option. The template fills most fields (e.g. To address, Subject line, etc.). You can also click Add Template to create a new one. Click here to learn more.
