Opening the FinanceVault portal
The client receives a message from BrokerEngine with a link to FinanceVault. The client clicks the link and completes the 2FA. Their FinanceVault document request portal displays.
Signing a document
The client clicks the document name and then clicks the Sign Now button or Open in Sign if there is more than one client.

The DocuSign modal displays. The client clicks Continue, Start, and then Sign.

A new prompt displays. The client reviews their signature. The client can draw a signature or use the style generated by DocuSign. Next, the client clicks the ADOPT AND SIGN button and then FINISH.

After the client clicks FINISH, the workflow returns to FinanceVault. The page displays a message It takes a minute for signatures to update until BrokerEngine updates the document.

The client can confirm the document was signed correctly if they see the message Document signed by you.

Tracking signature activity
Brokers and (teams) can see signature progress in the client portal. The page displays a note saying Document signed by XXX.

Once all parties have signed the document(s), the client portal page shows the details:
a. X of X documents signed by all parties.
b. Document signed by all parties.
c. Copy of the Signed Document.
d. Certificate of Completion.
