Integrate FinanceVault with Illion BankStatements to create a seamless document collection experience for your clients. You send one document request through FinanceVault asking clients to upload their supporting documents, and within that same request, they can trigger a request for their bank statements through Illion BankStatements.

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1 — Setting up the integration
- Go to the bottom left corner of the dashboard and click the account icon.
- In the Settings column, select Integrations.
- Click the Illion BankStatements logo to expand the section
- Enter your Illion BankStatements referring URL.

Click Save
Note: The BankStatements URL must be in the iframe-specific format, which is the following: https://www.bankstatements.com.au/iframe/start/XXXX. The XXXX represents the specific four letters at the end of your unique referring URL.

Step 2 — Disabling manual uploads
- Go to the bottom left corner of the dashboard and click the account icon.
- In the Settings column, select FinanceVault.
To force the client to use Illion BankStatements through FinanceVault, check the box next to Disable manual upload button on Cashdeck and Illion requests. If you want to allow manual uploads, uncheck this box.
