Knowing when a broker should hand over a client file to the team is key to ensuring delegation success. That's why we created the Broker Handover Checklist. In our default 'out-of-the-box' workflow, a task will trigger, assigned to the broker of the deal to Complete the Broker Handover Checklist. It's easy to follow and customize, this checklist itemises the steps brokers must complete before delegating work to the team.
To locate the checklist:

Open a lead or deal in full view

Click Checklist on the right hand toolbox

Expand the Broker Handover Checklist
Using the BrokerWizard
Go through the list and tick each completed item. Many brokers prefer to complete the Broker Wizard step last. The wizard takes the broker through a review and ensures all the key information the team needs to proceed with preparing the application for submission. \

Expand the Lodgement section on the left hand sidebar
- Click BrokerWizard
