Opening the task panel

Open a Lead or Deal card.

Click the Task icon on the right hand Toolbox. The slider panel displays.
Creating a task
Click the plus (+) icon to create a new task item. Click the empty field and select a template on the drop-down, or click Add Template to create a new template. If you select a template, BrokerEngine displays the Task name on the panel and auto-fills the description field (if available) so the assignee can understand what needs to be done. Edit the description as required.
Optionally, you could skip the templates and manually fill in the empty task fields.
Now, update the other fields and settings.

Click Due Date and open the calendar to set a due date for the task.

Click the Assignee field and select the person responsible for this task.

Click Reveal on Stage and select a board stage.

Click the Priority field and select an option (i.e. critical, high, medium, or low).

Create Save & Close.

Switch on the Required toggle if applicable.

Enter an estimated time to complete. Hover the mouse and click the pencil icon to set the hours, minutes, and seconds.

Attach a file to the task. (max upload size is 10 MB)

If you want BrokerEngine to send an alert when the assignee completes the task, click the Notify user field and select a person.
Managing tasks
To see a list of current tasks, click the Pending button and scroll down the panel. To manage a task, click the task name to expand the folder. You can edit task information, click Completed to change the status, or click the clock icon to snooze the task. You can select a default snooze option or add a custom date and time.
