The Deal Submission Guide is the output from the BrokerWizard. It contains all the key data the team need to easily copy and paste into Apply Online in preparation for submission. It compiles data from the BrokerWizard, Funding Position and Interview Guide in one, easy to follow document at the click of a button.

Prerequisites

For a complete output, ensure the following are completed before downloading the guide:

• Complete the Funding Position 
• Complete the Interview Guide
• Complete the BrokerWizard

Downloading the Deal Submission Guide

You can download the Deal Submission Guide (and all other reports) at any stage after a lead or deal card has been created. Here are the steps:

1. Open the relevant lead or deal card 
2. Go to the right hand side Toolbox draw and click Reports
3. Click either the PDF or Word icons to download the guide as a PDF or Word document, respectively. 

Deal Submission Guide in Relation to the Workflow

1. Move deal card to the Prepare for Submission stage on the Deals Dashboard.

2. A task will now be automatically created for your Team to complete the Pre-Submission Checklist which will also appear in the Task List.

3. The task will instruct the team member to run the Deal Submission Guide which will create one document with all the details from the Broker Wizard (funding positions, referrer splits, valuation orders, etc) and everything else the Team require to complete the Submission.

4. The team will now copy and paste data from the Deal Submission Guide into Apply Online 
5. Address all items in the Pre Submission Checklist, then mark the task as done. A new task for the broker (or another team member of your choosing) to review the submission and send documents to the client for signing will trigger.
