BrokerEngine has several inbuilt reports and advices that pre-populate with data from a lead or deal. These easy-to-generate documents provide your client with auto-formatted, professional advices that present a progress update of their application.
All reports located in the Reports tab are not customiseable. This is due to them being dynamic, depending on certain deal types and one-click-workflows, the reports will adjust to provide the relevant information.

Our dynamic client-facing advices pull data from the lead or deal, so they are 100% personalised and ready to send to your client on generation. The look of each report differs slightly depending on the data you enter, but they all provide the important information needed to keep your client proactively informed.

Data is pulled from the Funding Position and 1-Click-Workflows so keeping these up to date is important to produce accurate reports.
There are checklist items at the relevant stages of the deals dashboard to ensure the particular fields these reports pull information from have the required data. By following the checklists carefully, you ensure that your reports will generate 100% complete and accurate to easily send on to your clients.
Download Reports or Advices
Out of the box, the Formal Approval Advice and Settlement Advices come automatically attached to workflow emails that trigger at stages Formal Approval and Settlement. The emails trigger once the Formal Approval Checklist or Settlement Checklist has been completed, respectively.
However, you can manually download these advices at any time:
1. Open a lead or deal in full view mode.
2. Navigate to the toolbox on the right hand side of the DealDash, and click Reports.

3. Once you locate the desired report, select a format (PDF or Word doc) and click the button. The document downloads to your device.
4. Send the document to your client as an email attachment.
If you cannot find a specific report, click the drop down menu in the top right of the report pane to view other dashboard report options:
