This article will help guide you on exporting data from Mercury:

Opportunities Export

Step 1: From the home screen, select "Mercury 5"

Step 2: From Mercury 5's dashboard, select the tab for "CRM"

Step 3: On the left hand side bar, select the option for "opportunities, then home loans.

Step 4: Select broker from the drop down menu

Step 5: Search in all statuses

Step 6: Export to Excel

Contacts Export

The contacts export will also follow a similar process:

Step 1: From the "CRM" tab in mercury 5, select the "people" heading from the left hand side bar

Step 2: Select the option to "search all people" and export to excel in the same way as with the previous steps.

This can now be uploaded into FinanceVault, once done, click the "I'm Done" button and our team will get the data formatted ready for review before we import.
