Notes provide transparency to your colleagues by recording what was discussed with clients or actions taken. Notes are the best way to ensure key information is shared when maintaining a lead or deal.

Open a Leal or Dead card.

Go to the Toolbox on the right side of the page and click Notes. The Toolbox slider expands.

In the panel, click the plus (+) icon to create a new note.

Click the field and select a note template (optional).

Enter text.

To format the message, click a three-dot icon to unhide a toolbar.

Optionally, click the Notify user(s) field and select one or more names to send an email notification about the note.

Optionally, attach a file.

Click Save & Close.

After saving, the message appears in the Notes and Recent Activity columns. Optionally, click the pin icon to pin the note to the top of the column. Unpinned notes appear in the columns from newest to oldest.
