Move a Lead or Deal Card From One Dashboard to Another – BrokerEngine

Learn how to move a Lead card to a stage on the Deal board. The same concept applies for moving any Lead or Deal card from one dashboard to another.

There are a few places within the system where you can action moving a card to another dashboard. This article steps you through all the options.

From the Dashboard

The following is an example of moving a card from the Leads Dashboard to the Deals Dashboard. Follow the same concept to move any card to and from any dashboard.

Open the Leads Dashboard.
Click the three-dot icon next to the lead name of the lead you want to move. A menu displays.

3. Click Move Board. A pop up displays.

In the popup:

Select the board you want to move the card to.
Click the field and select the stage.
Click Confirm. BrokerEngine moves the card to board and stage selected.

From Within the Deal - Stage Drop Down

1. In the top right of the deal details screen click on the Stage drop down field
2. Scroll to reveal a list of all stages from all dashboards and select the stage you would like to move the card to

From Within the Deal - Three Dot Icon

1. Also in the top right of the deal details screen click on the three dot icon
2. Click Move Board. A popup displays.
