Loan Product Types
There are two types of products in BrokerEngine:

System products are products that BrokerEngine keep track of and update for you. These can be identified with 'Yes' under the auto-tracked column from the below products table.
BrokerEngine auto-tracked products cannot be edited by users. If you find an error please report it to our customer support team.

My Products are products that BrokerGroup controls. Users can actually have their own products be added in BrokerEngine. These can be identified with 'No' under the auto-tracked column from the below products table.
BrokerEngine does not update or maintain your My Products list. You must make sure the loan product information you entered is up to date and correct before using it. See below for how to edit.
Locating the loan products list

Go to the bottom left corner of the dashboard and click the account icon.
- Select Settings

In the Settings column, click Lenders

Then select Products.

Search for the specific product
- Or, use the filter to filter by Lenders and/or Loan Type
Loan Product Editing Options
You can edit the products individually or by bulk.
Edit Individually:
1. Click on the Product Name
2. The Product Details modal will load
Edit in Bulk:
First, filter the list by Lender
1. Click the filter icon
2. Tick the Lender option
3. Select the products that you would like to update - you can tick on the Select All box or separately select the products.
4. Once you have selected all the products to edit, click the Bulk Edit button.
5. From the Bulk Edit modal, choose the fields that you would like to edit. From below image, by putting 0.25 you are increasing all rates by 0.25 and by putting minus (-) 0.25 you are decreasing all rates.
